Meet your tutors

Two university student tutors offering Maths and Economics. Both hold a UKMT Bronze award.

Maths

GCSE & A-Level

Pawel Kloskowski, studying Civil & Structural Engineering at the University of Manchester.

Pawel achieved three A grades at A-Level in Maths, Physics and Economics. His Civil & Structural Engineering work involves mathematical modelling and problem-solving, which he connects to GCSE and A-Level Maths through manageable steps, exam-focused guidance and purposeful practice.

Maths & Economics

GCSE & A-Level

Tom Carr, studying Economics at UCL.

Tom teaches GCSE and A-Level Maths, as well as A-Level Economics. His Economics coursework links mathematical reasoning with markets, data and evaluation, helping students sharpen problem-solving, strengthen written answers and tackle each topic with confidence.

How sessions work

A simple process from first message to your next set of results.

  1. Tell us what's going on

Subject, level, exam board if you know it, and what's feeling tricky right now.

  2. We match you with a tutor

Based on subject, level and your availability, not just whoever happens to be free.

  3. Try a free intro session

Fifteen minutes, no pressure, to check it's the right fit before you book anything.

  4. Book regular sessions

Weekly or fortnightly online, built around the actual specification and past papers.

Questions, answered

Are you qualified teachers?

We're current university students, not qualified schoolteachers. What we do have is direct, recent experience of the exact exams you're sitting: every tutor is studying, or has just finished studying, the subject we teach, and sat these exams within the last couple of years.

Which exam board do you teach to?

Just let us know yours when you get in touch, AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas or another board, and we'll build sessions around your exact specification and past papers.

What platform do sessions run on?

Whatever suits you best: Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. We share our screen to work through examples, mark practice questions and go over past papers together in real time.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Of course. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find a new time, free of charge.

Can two of us learn together?

Yes. If you and a sibling or friend are studying the same subject at the same level, small-group sessions are available at a reduced rate per person. Just mention it when you get in touch.
